What is Stylogic?
Stylogic is styling service delivering handpicked outfits to your front door. Based on your Style Profile, our stylists will send you complete a complete “set”. You can keep the entire outfit or keep the pieces that you like and send back what you don’t.
Stylogic was started with the vision that no matter how busy you are, you should look as fabulous as you are. Our goal is to provide you with a stylist experience in the comfort of your own home. We send complete outfit “sets” so that you have a ready to wear look delivered to your door.
What We Believe In
We believe that every woman should look her best without having to worry and waste time choosing the right outfit. The modern woman is busier now than ever and doesn’t have the time to spend shopping for the perfect outfit. That’s where we come in. Based on your style profile, we hand pick complete outfits for you, or our Stylogic Sets, and send them to your front door. You can keep the entire set or keep pieces you like and return the pieces you don’t. You can also specify pieces that you want sent in your next set.
What's in a Stylogic Set?
A typical set will include the outfit, shoes, bag and/or accessories. The outfit will be ready to wear as soon as you receive your set. You can keep the entire outfit or send back items you don’t want. You can select what you want in your next set by going into your profile and selecting what pieces you want for your next shipment. Our goal is to provide you with a personal stylist experience without ever having to step into a store.
How Does Stylogic Work?
Style Step 1:
Tell us about yourself by filling out your Style Profile and uploading a full body photo of yourself. This will allow us to get familiar with the look you are trying to achieve, your body type and size, your budget and your lifestyle. We will assign a stylist to find the outfit that meets your preferences.
Style Step 2:
Select the date you would like to receive your Stylogic Set. Once your stylist pulls together your outfit, you will be charged a $20 styling fee. This fee will be applied as a credit towards any of the items you keep from your Stylogic Set. Keep all the items and enjoy a 20% discount! If you want to receive recurring shipments, select that option in your profile and you will receive a new Stylogic Set on that date. You can always choose an alternative shipment date or opt out of recurring shipments. There is no monthly fee to be a member of the Stylogic family.
Style Step 3:
Keep the items you want and return what you don’t. Shipping is free both ways!
Style Step 4:
Let us know how you liked your new outfit! You can upload photos of your new look to your profile page. Please provide us with comments and feedback on what you liked and what you didn’t. We want to create a true styling experience for you so that we can help you achieve the look you desire.
How Often Will You Receive A Stylogic Set?
It is entirely up to you. If you want to receive recurring shipments, select that option in your profile and you will receive a new Stylogic Set on that date. You can always choose an alternative shipment date or opt out of recurring shipments. There is no monthly fee to be a member of the Stylogic family.
Can I work with my Stylist for special events?
Absolutely! If you want to work with your stylist for a special event like a wedding, birthday, etc., just let them know when you want your special event outfit and what kind of look you want.
What Age Can Receive a Stylogic Set?
You must be at least 18 to order a Stylogic Set.
Can I send Stylogic as a gift?
Yes! You can click on Send a Gift on our website and select the amount you’d like to send as a gift card. The recipient will be able to use the gift card towards their own Stylogic set!
How do I cancel automatic shipments?
From Web Browser, log in to your Stylogic account
Click on "Manage my subscription" under Shipment Frequency. Select the "Only Once" and click on the Save button.
If you cancel your subscription before your next shipment date, you will not be receiving your Stylogic set scheduled for that date.
Can I cancel my account?
At Stylogic, you can cancel at any time. We feel that if you are not happy with the styling services we provide, then you should be able to cancel with zero trouble. If you would like to cancel your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping and Returns
Is There a Shipping Fee?
No. Shipping is free both ways.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged or altered. Any item in its original condition can be returned using the prepaid postage(enclosed in the order shipment). Items must be returned within 7 business days. If you not return your items within those 7 business days, we will assume that you want to keep all items in your Stylogic Set and your payment method will be charged for the entire shipment, less the 20% discount.
What if I decide to keep all the items in my Stylogic Set?
That’s wonderful! You can go into your Stylogic page and select all the items you decided to keep or if you don’t return the items after 7 business days, we will assume you loved your new outfit and will email you your receipt. You will also receive a 20% discount on your entire purchase!
What if I like the item but I need another size?
Email us at email@example.com and we’ll see if we have the size you need. Just send the incorrect size back to us and we’ll send you the correct size once we receive the return. If, unfortunately, we don’t have your size, we will issue a full refund or Stylogic credit.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now we do not ship internationally.
What if I return all the items in my Stylogic Set?
If you don’t like anything in your set, just return the items to us in the prepaid envelope in its original, unworn condition with tags within 7 business days.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my shipment. What do I do?
While we trust and value our carriers, issues can occur with the delivery every once in awhile. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.
We will do all we can to help you track down the lost shipment; however, once it leaves our facilities we assume that ownership has been taken once delivered and thus will not issue a refund for delivered packages.
How am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed as you pay. If you are signed up for a recurring plan, you will be automatically billed to the default payment option you've selected on your account.
What is Pre-Authorization?
A pre-payment authorization is a temporary hold of a specific amount of your balance on a credit or debit card. The pre-payment authorization is not a charge. You will only be charged for the items that you keep.
How much is the pre-payment authorization?
Stylogic pre-authorizes credit/debit cards for an amount not exceeding the total cost of your Stylogic Set.
When is my credit card pre-authorized?
Credit and debit cards are pre-authorized once your set has finished processing and is preparing to ship.
Why do you charge a pre-authorization?
In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, Stylogic needs to ensure that the method of payment you provide is usable and valid.
When is the pre-payment authorization removed from your credit card?
As soon as you receive your Stylogic Set, log in to your account and check out the items that you want, the pre-authorization will be voided immediately. The time it takes for you to see the void on your statement will depend on your individual credit/debit card bank. Typically, it takes 2 - 3 business days for the pre-authorization to be removed from your account.
